Perennials by donation - at West Newbury Festival 8/8, 8:30-1 On Saturday, August 8 at the West Newbury festival, we will have a table offering potted perennial flowers for your garden by donation to support LOCAL FOOD SHELVES . 8:30 - 1 PM Late summer is a fine time to plant perennials, and some of the late bloomers will offer their flowers this season! It’s win-win! You get more flowers for your garden and the local food shelves get your support. 100% of the proceeds go to the food shelves in Newbury and Wells River. If you don’t have a garden, we will have a donation jar as well. Even small amounts of money can help a LOT. If you have some non-perishable foods or personal supplies, we can take them as well.
