Subject: Joint worship service on August 2 at the Universalist Church in South Strafford
On Sunday August 2 at 10 am at the Universalist Church in South Strafford there will be a service on the history of spiritual seeking in Strafford. The Upper Valley UU congregation is invited to join with us and be a part of this special service. The Universalist Society of Strafford is the second oldest in the nation and has played a large part in spreading the message of Love and inclusion not only in Strafford but throughout the nation. It will be a central part of the service. Annemieke McLane will provide the music. It would be wonderful if some singers from the Upper Valley UU congregation could join us in the choir which will be singing the Anthem: "If I Can Stop One Heart from Breaking" by Emily Dickinson, music by Mary and Peter Amidon. Those interested in singing should be at the Universalist Church by 9:15 am for a rehearsal before the service.
