Nice big window air conditioner to help you stay cool during the heat of those long August and September afternoons. It will cool a big room fast, with its 10,000 Btus. Buy it for the end of this summer, or to have ready for next year. I have a buyer on eBay, but they're not local. I'm happy to sell it to them, but it requires quite the amount of work to package it for shipping. So, I'll offer you free local delivery if you're really close by, or I can meet you nearby if you're coming from around the greater upper valley. Otherwise, I'll ship it to my customer in Miami. Honestly, I'm not an expert at all on air conditioners. This one seems to be a "smart" air conditioner, so if that's what you want, please verify that this model provides what you're looking for.
