DIRECTIONS TO TECH SALE, SATURDAY AUGUST 22, 2026!

Here are detailed directions in case you are not familiar with this part of Norwich.
Be aware that cell service is nil on New Boston Road and GPS and Google Maps may lead you astray. If there is any confusion, just rely on the house numbers to find your way. Our house number “1445” is prominently displayed on our mailbox post (on a lime green background) as well as the left corner of our garage. Please come to the side garage entry door (lime green) where I do my computer work when you arrive.
If you are coming from Strafford direction:
We are located 5.2 miles (about 11 minutes) from Coburn’s General Store, located on Route 132 in South Strafford Village. If you are coming from Upper Strafford Village or along Route 132 from Sharon, as you pass Coburn’s Store, almost immediately bear right onto Mine Road (mostly dirt road). Stay on Mine Road (be sure to bear left to stay on Mine Road shortly after turning off Route 132. Bearing right will put you in Turnpike Road). Mine Road eventually becomes New Boston Road in Norwich. 1445 New Boston Road will be on the right side of the road and close to the road. If you end up on the paved portion of New Boston Road, you have gone too far and passed our house. Turn around and retreat 9/10 of a mile back up the dirt portion of road to 1445 New Boston Road (this time on the left as you head back up the hill). Again, the address here is 1445 New Boston Road, Norwich, VT 05055. Watch for a tan house on the right side of the road (coming from the Strafford direction) with a pond right behind it. Our mailbox is well marked with the numbers "1445" on the post on a lime green background.

If you are familiar with Gove Hill, and coming from Thetford Center or points along Route 132:
Proceed up Gove Hill Road until you reach the intersection with New Boston Road, then turn left. 1445 New Boston Road will be on your right, 2-1/2 miles from this intersection.

If your route brings you along I-89 Northbound or Southbound, exit to I-91 North at White River Junction, VT. Then take I-91 approximately 5.6 miles North to Norwich Exit 13. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp and follow the directions below to Norwich Main Street and beyond to 1445 New Boston Road.
If you are coming from Interstate-91, VT Route 5, or from Hanover, NH, into Norwich, VT:
As you come into town, you will see Dan & Whit’s General Store on the left side of Main Street. Keep going past Dan & Whit's up Main Street for about 1/3 mile. Turn left onto Turnpike Road, go about a mile to the intersection with New Boston Road (Sharp right. The signage is a little confusing here. Make sure you take a sharp right). Almost Immediately on the right after you make that turn, you will see the Norwich Transfer Station. If you do not see the transfer station on the right, you are not on New Boston Road. We are 4.4 miles from where you turn onto New Boston Road from Turnpike. When you reach the end of the paved part of New Boston Road (where it turns to dirt), we are 9/10 of a mile from that point on the left. Again, the address here is 1445 New Boston Road, Norwich, VT 05055. Watch for a tan house with lime green entry doors on the left side of the road, and
