Small Brothers (known for the "Lightning Evaporator") is a historic brand of maple syrup equipment that originated in Dunham, Québec, and Richford, Vermont, before eventually merging into Waterloo and Lapierre. Vintage units remain well-known for their traditional continuous-flow design and reversible flow mechanics.
