Interested in creating more housing in Hartford? Join the Town of Hartford for the official launch of the Big Little Build pilot program. Join us on Thursday, September 3rd from 5–6:30 PM at the Bugbee Senior Center. Hartford's Big Little Build is designed to help everyday residents become “citizen developers” by providing: Connections to architects, designers, contractors, and other resources Guidance on financing and funding opportunities Technical assistance for projects creating 1–12 units of housing Small grants to help kickstart eligible projects Potential opportunities to unlock additional funding The event is open to everyone, whether you're interested in building housing yourself or simply want to learn more about the program. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Bring your questions and learn how the Big Little Build program can help turn a housing idea into a project.
