A Herd of Homemade Hobby Horses!! Friday, August 7, 4- 6 pm at Blake Memorial Library. A joint creative endeavor between Blake Memorial Library and Old Church Theater! Feeling creative? Need a horse? Come make a homemade hobby horse for yourself or a special kid in your life, or just to help out Old Church Theater- the children's summer play is a Western, and a whole herd of hobby horses are needed for our cast! How else will they ride off into the sunset?!?! You will also meet some of the actors at the workshop, as they will be making hobby horses for the show! This fun crafting event will provide everything you need to make a sock-hobby horse with Erica Venuti and Katharine Lea leading the herd! Hope to see you there- and remember, even if you don't necessarily need a hobby horse at home or for a kid or grandkid, we'd love for you to come make one to donate to the Old Church Theater for our play "How the West Was Dun", playing the last two weekends of August in Bradford!
