West Newbury Summer Festival Donation Drop-Off

The West Newbury Summer Festival Silent Auction seeks new or like new items that will wow our many bidders with local flair and provenance. Please note that our drop-off dates have changed: we will be taking in items at the West Newbury Hall on July 31 and NOT July 30. We will also be accepting items on August 6.

Do you have new or barely/rarely used items you'd be willing to donate? OR: Do you have a talent to share or product to donate? Perhaps you have a beehive that's abuzz with plenty of honey? Or maybe you bake the world's best carrot cake and would be happy to bake one for the highest bidder? It could be anything: knitting lessons, a half cord of wood, bushes of apples for apple cider come fall...we'd be happy to create a certificate for you if needed! And...there's more! The Summer Festival White Elephant Sale is also looking for donations. Please: no food, furniture, clothing, electronics, VHSs, DVDs or books. Thanks!

There will be two drop off times at the West Newbury Hall, Friday, July 31 (new date!) from 5:00-7:00 pm and Thursday, August 6 from 5:00-7:00 pm.

All proceeds from the silent auction and white elephant go to support the installation of a lift at the hall to make it accessible to everyone!
