This year the flower gardens that are open for public picking are around the farm stand and greenhouses, so they're easy to access. Wander through a rainbow of blooms and take home a bouquet full of the ones you love the most. -- Zinnias -- Lisianthus -- Cosmos -- Marigolds -- Snapdragons -- Gomphrena -- Verbena bonariensis & more! ------------------------------ Natural Tie Dye with Indigo -- Free Community Event! 8/10, 4-5:30 pm Join us during the next Monday Mini Market for a special natural dye session with indigo using tie-dye and shibori techniques. Shibori is an ancient Japanese stitched-resist dyeing method that creates beautiful, refined patterns. Bring a 100% cotton t-shirt, tank top, or scarf/cloth to dye, or purchase an organic cotton handkerchief for $5. Please wash and dry items you bring from home beforehand, since factory finishes can resist the dye but rinse out easily in the wash.
