Hi, Merry UV Music Makers! 🎻 🪈

I hope you can join us for our jam Saturday — You can play, listen, or both!

When: Saturday, August 8 from 3:00pm - 4:45pm

Where: Howe Library, Hanover, NH. Mayer Room, downstairs. Use the front entrance and take the stairs down, or come in the rear entrance.

What: An informal jam of acoustic musicians at all levels, gathering to play tunes of many types! While we often pull from a "trad" repertoire, everything is welcome and encouraged. Recently folks have introduced us to some truly unusual tunes and unexpected styles. Bring what you know and we'll hear what happens!

How: We will be sharing some great tunes. As we go around the circle you’ll be welcome to choose a tune. You can start it, setting a tempo you like. Or you can ask somebody else to kick it off! Bring a stand if you’ll be using sheet music, and feel free to hand out copies of a favorite tune if it’s likely to be new to us.

We meet on alternate Saturdays at the Howe; the dates for future jams are posted on their web site.
