Ancient Himalayan bowls, chimes, and especially the gong create a field of vibration that can soothe and quiet the nervous system, stir and release what has become stuck, and open space for clarity, presence and renewal. Through gentle breath work and humming, you will prepare your body to receive. Then the sound will carry you - through stillness, through resonance, through release.
