Lamb is available to order now! I have ground lamb, stew meat, and Lucky Dog Farm Merguez available for pickup August 21–22.
These are the cuts I love having in my own freezer—the ones that make it easy to put a really good dinner on the table without a lot of fuss.
Ground lamb for burgers, meatballs, tacos, shepherd’s pie, pasta sauce…
Stew meat for a pot of something cozy and delicious when the weather starts to turn.
And Merguez, our spicy, savory lamb sausage, for those nights when you want dinner to have a little personality without much work.
All of it comes from our grass-fed lamb, raised right here at Lucky Dog Farm in South Strafford.
And a little heads-up: this will be the last lamb available until after December 18. So if you like having local lamb tucked away in the freezer, now is a good time to stock up.
