Subject: [Claremont Discussion] Build Confidence Riding the Bus with SNSC and Advance Transit

The Special Needs Support Center (SNSC) helps people with disabilities and their families connect with resources, build skills, and participate more fully in their communities. Through inclusive programs and partnerships, SNSC creates opportunities for people to connect, grow, and belong.
Join us for a three-session Advance Transit program!
Advance Transit and SNSC are offering a hands-on series to help participants become more comfortable and confident using public transportation.
All sessions begin at 11:00 AM.
Session 1 — September 11
Meet at Advance Transit to learn bus basics, hear about the ACCESS bus, and explore a bus. Lunch will be provided.
Session 2 — September 18
Meet at the SNSC office and take the bus together to the Kilton Library. We will participate in an activity and have lunch.
Session 3 — September 25
Meet at the SNSC office, take the bus to the Kilton Library, transfer to the Red Line, and travel to Cold Stone Creamery in West Lebanon for ice cream.
Because each session builds upon the previous one, participants must commit to attending all three sessions when registering.
This program will be led by Advance Transit and SNSC and is sponsored by Vital Communities.
Space is limited. Contact Emma from SNSC at emma@snsc-uv.org to register or learn more.
