If you've never been, here's what a week looks like at Undefined Wellness: Tuesdays we sit in circle for Spirit Speaks. Thursdays we study A Course in Miracles together. This Friday night (8/14), drums — first a class, then cacao and a drum circle under low light. Saturday (8/15), we tell stories over a shared meal. Sunday, we gather again for Ground & Gather, our weekly potluck built for nervous system reset and real connection.
