Subject: [Lyme] Healing hikes recovery support group
Today is the day, hope to see some of you there! I will have water and gatorades on site. And will bring a couple extra ski-pole style aids for anyone in need. This is a relatively mild hike for the incredible view that it offers from the top but there is still some incline as it is a hill, so please be advised. I will start hiking at 3:35 pm sharp, even if it's just me. If you've never been to the Pinnacle hill trail give yourself an extra 5 minutes to find it! See you soon! We do recover, Jordan Owen
