Subject: [Local Resource Network] CORINTH HISTORICAL SOCIETY AG & TRADES MUSEUM & OUTDOOR CAFE' IN EAST CORINTH OPEN THIS SATURDAY AUG 15TH 10-NOON!
ALL ARE WELCOME to come visit us at the Ag & Trades Museum at 601 Village Road in East Corinth Village This Saturday. EVENT: Come help celebrate Gouldsburn Taplin who helped establish East Corinth Village by building the Grist Mill & Lumber Mill with his father Colonel John Taplin. He was born July 1st 1776, just three days before the signing of the Declaration of Independence! The original site for the first dam and both mills in the village is right there behind the Ag Barn & Grist Mill Shed. SPECIAL EXHIBITS: Information of Gouldsburn Taplin, who contributed to making the village prosper. And a large part of our extensive collection of Published East Corinth Images of the past. THE OUTDOOR CAFE' Will be hosted by Anne McKinsey & Friends with Coffee and a Gouldsburn Birthday Cake by the CHS SPECIAL GUESTS: The Corinth Ukulele Society will be there to liven our day!
