You're invited to attend the Abenaki Garden Open House on Saturday Aug. 22nd from 10:00am till 1:00pm to learn about the great work happening to grow and distribute traditional foods to Abenaki neighbors, and to uplift our collective understanding of Abenaki culture. More from Earl Hatley, below.

The Abenaki garden is located in the Quechee Lakes Polo Field off of Dewey Mills road in Quechee, VT.

This is to let you know that we are having an Open House event at the Abenaki Garden in Quechee on Saturday Aug. 22nd from 10:00am till 1:00pm. We will take everyone on a tour of the garden and talk about all aspects of the project and our organization OWPA and partner Quechee Lakes Landowners Assoc. Please pass this info along to your groups and help spread the word.

Please feel free to bring pot luck foods and snacks to share. This will be a tour and not a work day, but if folks want to bring weeding tools, there is always plenty of weeding to be done.
