Subject: Don't Miss This Blueberry Glean at Wild Hill Organics!
Hello Fairlee Neighbors, We need your help picking blueberries! Join Willing Hands on Wednesday, Aug. 5, at 9:00 a.m. for a blueberry glean at Wild Hill Organics in West Fairlee. This will possibly be our last blueberry harvest at the farm this season, so don't miss this chance to enjoy a beautiful summer morning while helping share fresh local fruit with our community. Blueberry picking is always a favorite volunteer session. It's a fun way to spend time outdoors with fellow volunteers, and the harvest lasts just 1.5 hours, with no heavy lifting or bending required. Every berry you pick will be delivered to local organizations throughout the Upper Valley, including the Upper Valley Haven, LISTEN Community Services, the Bradford Food Shelf, the West Fairlee Food Shelf, and the Fairlee Orford Food Shelf.
