Insight (Mindfulness) Meditation In the Upper Valley this week Gathering with others to practice mindfulness offers a respite from chaos, loneliness, and challenges of our times. Everyone is welcome to join Valley Insight’s meditation groups. Our Monday evening sit is held in our Online Dharma Hall. Our Tuesday evening sit meets in person the first Tuesday of the month and online other Tuesday evenings. Our Thursday sit is hybrid, meeting online and in person in Lebanon. Our Friday sit meets in-person in Woodstock. Anyone with any level of experience in meditation can join our Monday, Tuesday, and Friday sits. The Monday sit includes a period of sitting practice followed by discussion and is guided by a teacher. Tuesday includes sitting practice and a discussion facilitated by experienced meditators. Our Thursday sit, which is guided by a teacher and includes discussion, is for more experienced meditators.
