Woodstock Town Green Community Meeting

Subject: [Events-UV] Join a public meeting on Thursday, August 6, at 5:30pm, to discuss the Woodstock Town Green

Woodstock Village Conservancy is exploring ways to restore the health of The Green and facilitate its maintenance and care. This presents an opportunity to also improve the design, usage, and flow of the space. We would like public input and feedback on possible improvements. Preliminary meetings with community members led to identifying 10 priority design and functional elements. You can help confirm the importance of these elements as well as provide your own thoughts on ways to improve the park. Your response to this survey will help us ensure that any proposed plan addresses the appropriate elements.
We will also hold a public meeting on Thursday, August 6, at 5:30pm, in the Town Hall Conference Room, to review the current condition of The Green and gather additional input and feedback on design and functional elements. Pizza and beverages will be served! Please email wvc@woodstockcommunitytrust.org to register by Tuesday, August 4, 5pm, so that we can ensure that we have enough food.

Future public sessions will likely focus on specific potential designs that will be used for costing and decision making.
