Thetford SQC 250th Concert & CelebrationPost Mills Congregational Church Saturday, August 15 Featuring The Lyme Town Band 5:00 – 6 PM Followed by Post Mills Church's Famous Bean Hole Baked Beans & a Potluck Supper. Colonial recipes encouraged. Beans and Beverages provided. Please bring your own chair for the concert. Tunes included in the one hour concert: The Star Spangled Banner Armed Forces Medley Amazing Grace Battle Hymn of the Republic Theme from New York, New York Glenn Miller in Concert John Williams in Concert America the Beautiful The Stars and Stripes Forever Thetford SQC is an ad hoc group organizing community events in all of the villages of Thetford in 2026. Activities are supported by the Brian J Boland Memorial Foundation, and with a grant from the Vermont Arts Council, which receives support in part from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency, and the State of Vermont 250th Anniversary Celebration Commission.
