Subject: Primary election August 11

Dear Sharon neighbors,

I look forward to seeing many of you at Old Home Day on August 8th! It starts with a parade through Sharon village at 10:00 am. Following the parade is a barbeque with food, music and family events running until 3:00 pm.

The August 11th primary election is less than two weeks away. Many voters have received mail-in ballots and some have cast their votes already, either by mail or with the Town Clerk. In the 2024 primary election, 280 Sharon residents cast votes, only 21% of Sharon's registered voters. Let's work to increase Sharon's participation in the 2026 primary election! In person voting on Tuesday, August 11th is at the Sharon Congregational Church from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.

I will bring an energetic and fresh perspective to Montpelier and I will fight for legislation to help reduce property taxes, and healthcare and housing costs so that young people, working families and seniors can live here and thrive. I will work to keep our local schools and will fight for support for our small businesses and farms. Please visit my updated website to learn more about the core issues I will fight for.

The Town of Sharon has not sent a representative to Montpelier in over 25 years. Please vote Dee in the primary election on August 11 and give Sharon a voice. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Dee Gish
Candidate for Windsor-Orange-2 State Representative
