Hello Neighbors - Join us for a 2 hour workshop exploring grief through conversation and creative expression in a supportive peer group. We will be using a beginner friendly hand ripped somatic collage process to honor the many layers of grief - this is not therapy but a guided creative space for anyone experiencing loss - including death of a loved one, divorce, estrangement, or other life transitions. Class will be led by Hettie Stearns of The Grief Space Vermont (thegriefspacevt.org) and hosted by the Sharon Health Initiative (SHI).
